Waiting Time
Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. Waiting charges begin 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on arrivals. Waiting Time charges are assessed hourly.

No-Show Fee
A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% Service charge plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.  In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying Transportation of New England.

Cancellations
Round Trips must be canceled as two separate reservations.  A cancellation fee equal to 30% of the trip cost plus 20% service charge will be charged for any cancellation before 12 hours scheduled pick-up time. Cancellation within 12 hours will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
note: A nonrefundable deposit of 30% is required for reservation.
